General/Booking

We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. When you book we reserve this time just for you and we require 24 hours so that we have time to be able to get someone else in. We send text and email reminders 48 hours before your appointment to give you fair time to reschedule if necessary. If you cancel within the 24 hours we require 50% of the service and if you no show we charge 100%. You can simply cancel by going online and rescheduling, reply back to your email confirmation or text, or give us a call (if we dont answer, leave a message)

Spa: we carry Sandor shampoo + conditioner in our showers and yoga balm for after sauna and massage

We are very conscious and deliberate in everything we use at Ceremony and it is our mission to contribute to helping reduce the carbon footprint. We use a green circle salon to recycle everything from unused hair color, the foils and plastic we use, the hair, and all the plastics. We send it back to them and they use the materials in various ways from hair pads to clean up oil spills to renewable energy, to bike parts.
We also only use product lines that have the same vision and have clean ingredients and packaging.

We have an ongoing waitlist that we check daily. We reach out when there’s cancellations or our technicians open extra days in their schedules. This waitlist is based on who was added first and we work our way up.

We love doing private events and can curate a special day for you. Please inquire and give us all your details here.

Our front desk does not and can not book bridal services so please just inquire through the bridal tab that way we make sure your inquiry does not get lost.

Hair

A blowout also includes a wash, however, if you’re short on time, you can come with your hair freshly washed and dried and it will shorten the appointment time by about fifteen minutes.

For our existing clients we offer complimentary bang/ fringe trims to help maintain your style. Just give us a call to see if we are available and we will work you in our schedule to the best of our ability. We believe this is part of your haircut service and want you feeling the best even in between cuts

Unfortunately, online booking is not available for Alaina but if you give us a call we are happy to try and get you on her schedule. Please note, she is booked 12 weeks out, so book a couple of appointments while you're at it 😉
Waxing & Sugaring

The best length for hair removal is about ¼ inch or longer, about 2 weeks outgrowth from last shave.
Spray Tans

We use Sjolie sunless tanning products. A sustainably sourced product free of parabens and erythrulose with organically derived ingredients.

Come with loose, dark clothing. Shaving, hair removal, and clean skin will need to be done prior for best application. Also no heavy oils or lotions on the skin. Plan on waiting 6-8 hours before you get your skin wet!

Comfy robe to change into prior and to relax and dry in after
We offer your choice in going nude, wearing your own undergarments or our disposables for your preferred comfort level and tan line (or lack of).
Spa

On the last step of booking your appointment, there’s an option to include a message. Just type out that you’d like to steam after and we’ll reserve it for you!

Our Relaxation room was designed to be a calming space for your pre and post services. If you would like tea, coffee, wine while you relax, just let us know. This is where the client intake form comes into play- we’ll email this to you when spa services are booked and allow you to customize your tea & coffee preferences.
Infrared Sauna

We have four private infrared spa cabins. Infrared saunas use infrared light to help detox and heal your body. There are 7 different programs to choose from. Each cabin can fit 1-2 people and is reserved for you for 1 hour. When you are done you can relax in the relaxation room with tea, spa water, & snacks until you are ready to get back to the real world.

Yes. Appointments are preferred so that we can guarantee we’ll have one heated and set up for you. Appointments are almost always available. If you don’t see your preferred time online, please call the front desk to see if it’s available!

Sweating is one of the best ways to detox your body. Every time we sweat we’re flushing out the toxic substances and heavy metals that we encounter in everyday life. Infrared therapy promotes this process. When you sweat in a Sunlighten sauna it’s different from if you were sweating after a workout or on a hot day. You will feel that your sweat is thicker because the content of sweat is more than just water. You are sweating out toxins that are trapped in your body. Benefits include: OBV detox, heart health, weight loss, speeds muscle recovery, fights aging, strengthens immunity, reduces inflammation, and alleviates stress. Optimum results if used 3x per week.

Since we reserve the sauna cabin just for you, you can wear whatever feels the most comfortable to you. We supply you with towels, and drinking water. There’s an ipad in each cabin to listen to music/meditation, watch a show, or just be. After your session we have a lavender induced cool towel with some of our yoga balm to rub on any muscles that need a little extra love.
Massage

Your treatment is based on the amount of time you select and then the therapist will have a consultation with you to customize your massage to your needs.

We offer hot stones, Yina hydrating face masks as well as a 30 minute detox treatment. You can call to add-on or select in the Add-On tool inside our online booking system
Facials/Brows/Lashes

Our Apothecary style facial that is curated to your skin type with professional grade, biodynamic ingredients. 90 minutes of relaxing lymphatic massage practices as well as the use of High Frequency to enhance blood circulation, increase collagen and elastin, eliminate toxins and acne-acne causing bacteria.

A brow lamination is the chemical treatment process to the eyebrow hair to make the brows lie flat and straight in a structured, customized way to compliment the shape. Add a tint to get the perfect color to compliment your look!

A great lash lift will temporarily perm the lashes into the perfect curled position. Lasting about 8-10 weeks, this is perfect for those that want to ditch the lash curler.
